Leeds Hospital Radio
Radio Allerton was established in 1978. In November 2017 it merged with the radio stations at the Leeds General Infirmary and St James' hospital with the aim of providing a single broadcasting service to all 3 hospitals, although at present it still broadcasts just to Chapel Allerton Hospital.
Approximately 7 people are involved in the day-to-day running of the station. Volunteers are always needed; you should contact the station directly if you are interested.
